中欧国际职业教育培训中心，隶属武汉纺织大学，是由欧盟委员会、中华人民共和国商务部和湖北省人民政府特批成立的国际性的培训机构。
China-Europe Vocational Training Center( CEVTC), affiliated to Wuhan Textile University(WTU),is an international training institution with special approval from European Commission, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Hubei Provincial People's Congress.
中心成立于2000年，曾成功实施了中国政府和欧盟委员会的大型人力资源开发合作项目--“中国-欧盟工业职业教育培训项目”，历时5年，已成功地为全国中欧合资企业员工提供优质高效的培训服务，深受好评，被欧盟驻华使团树为在华中欧合作项目的成功典范。中欧培训中心拥有先进的培训理念和方法，坚持“以需求为导向，以学员为中心，以技能为本位”，运用小班教学、团队互动、案例分析、实战特训，情景练习、经验交流等方法，深受学员欢迎。
CEVTCwas founded in 2000 and implemented the extremely successful human resources development cooperation programme between the European Union and Chinese Government—EU-CHINA Programme for the Development of Vocational Training for Industry.For over five years,EU-China Programme has been successfully providing training for the Sino-EU joint venture companies all over China. CEVTC has been highly praised and was considered by EU Delegationsin China as a flagship model of EU-China cooperation programme. CEVTC embraces advanced training conceptions and methodologies and operates under the guideline ofNEED-ORIENTED, TRAINEE-CENTRED, and TECHNIQUE-BASED. The methods of small-class training, team interaction, case study, situational practicing, experience sharing are adopted, whichisperfectlyreceived by the participants.
中欧培训中心是湖北省商务人才培训基地，同时也是中国商务部援外人力资源开发项目承办单位。从2006年起，中心开始承办由中华人民共和国商务部与联合国贸易与发展会议以及国际贸易中心联合主办的全球化、南南合作、贸易及纺织等领域国际研修班，到目前为止已成功举办了“经济全球化研修班”、“发展中国家国际贸易能力建设研修班”、“经济全球化与产业转移国际研修班”、“ 经济全球化与中国制造国际研修班”、“南南合作促进非洲经济发展研修班”、“发展中国家贸易便利化研修班”、“发展中国家棉花加工、纺织与贸易研修班”等一百多期国际研修班。来自亚、非、拉美、欧及大洋洲100多个国家的3000多名政府官员参加了研修活动,参加研修班的全体学员普遍感觉收获巨大，并对于中欧培训中心承办的研修班给予了高度评价和积极反馈。中心研修项目在很多发展中国家产生了深远影响，深受发展中国家学员欢迎。
CEVTC is the human resources development centre of Hubei province in commercial talents as well as one of the organizers of the human resources development projects of aid to developing countries approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.Since 2006, CEVTC started to organize the serial seminars in the area of globalization, south-south cooperation,tradeand textile, etc.co-sponsored by the MOFCOM,the United Nations Conference on Trade and Developmentand the International Trade Centre. Up to present, CEVTC has successfully organizedmassiveinternational seminars, such as the Seminar on Economic Globalization, the Seminar on Capacity Building in International Trade for Developing Countries, the Seminar on Economic Globalization and International Industry Transfer, the Seminar on Economic Globalization and China’s Manufacturing Industrial Development, the Seminar on South-South Cooperation and Economic Development in Africa,theSeminar on Trade Facilitation for Developing Countries and the Seminar on Cotton Processing, Textile and Trade for Developing Countries,etc. Nearly3000governmental officials frommore than 100developing countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and Oceania participated in the training programme. They were allquitesatisfied with these seminars and gavehighlypositive feedback. Theseserialseminars have made far-reaching impact and been welcomed by the participants from thosedevelopingcountries.
