Hello,everyone!On behalf of WTU, I would like to deliver my best regards to all of you, with blessings to all our participants and friends around the world for everything well.

We are now going through an unusual spring of the year, as the sudden outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) has been gripping us all with the same anxieties and concerns, so we are shared by the same touching stories. The pandemic of COVID-19 has become a deep concern to both the people in China and other countries of the world. Hereby, I wish to express my most sincere gratitude to your concerns and supports for our endeavors in prevention and control of the pandemic.

Virus knows no border, as we are confronting the challenge by such a pandemic to all human in a war without smoke. Since the outbreak of the disease, we have witnessed such amity by sharing the mutual supports and joint efforts with the governments all over the world and the global community as well. The spring might be somewhat chilly, but it’s the kindness and affection that bring us with the warmth for each other. Let us join hands together and shoulder the social responsibilities to overcome all difficulties and hardship, for the goal of winning the campaign in pandemic prevention and control, so as to fulfill our dream by building a beautiful home for all of us. As the saying goes,“A friend in need is a friend indeed.”The adversity is a touchstone of our friendship to withstand the test of time, which in turn, will definitely consolidate the prospect of our cooperation for the long run.
